Mining Camp Diorama

I have been working on this 1:24th scale mining camp for a couple of months and every time I try to get some more done, my job gets in the way.  So, I figured I would post some "progress photos" for those of you who may believe I have been making it all up...  ;- )  The diorama is set in the late 1930s and is a field camp for a mining operation.  This is not a "permanent" mining operation but more of a survey and prospecting camp that moves from prospective site to prospective site.
I still have to make the tent for the "office," finish building the old rusty 1929 Ford field truck, add the railroad tracks, create the maps for the desk, and just generally add a lot more "clutter" about the place.  I will post more photos as I get more work done.
Everything in the diorama is completely scratchbuilt.  I have gone to great pains to use only basic materials and not anything precast or from a kit.  Most of the materials used are wood, styrene and brass.  I have been having a great time with the rust and weathering of the pieces.  This takes as long as building them (which is why I am nowhere near being finished...  ;- )
I always appreciate feedback, so let me know what you think or feel free to make suggestions of what I may be missing.
