1.  Labor Deposit:  60% non-refundable at time of service acceptance; balance due upon completion before item is shipped.  Labor costs include construction materials such as glue, sandpaper, wood filler, etc.

2.  As we are in consult with our clients throughout the entire process, and as each order is customized, there are absolutely no refunds on our building and restoration services.  Any corrections in design and finishing will be made before item is shipped.

3.  Cancellations are accepted within 15 days of service acceptance with a 10% cancellation fee deducted from the refund of your labor deposit.

4.  Finishing materials costs (i.e. wallpaper, flooring, paint, etc.), in most cases, are pre-determined before services acceptance.  Client has the option of pre-ordering materials and shipping to us, or selecting materials from various internet resources and catalogs and sending us a list.  If All Things Mini orders materials on behalf of the client, all costs are to be paid by client before order will be placed.

5.  All completed orders outside of the State of Colorado will be crated and shipped freight-on-board.  Crating, shipping and insurance charges will be quoted before service acceptance and will be paid in full by client upon completion of project.

6.  All orders within the State of Colorado will be delivered to your place of residence; fees vary depending on distance and current gas prices.  Or, client may come to our workroom to pick up their order.  If client picks up, All Things Mini will not be held liable for damages incurred in transit.

7.  All Things Mini guarantees that your finished dollhouse will leave our workroom in perfect condition and properly crated.  We place shipping insurance on all our out of state orders.  Any damages that occur during transit are the responsibility of the carrier and it will be agreed that the client will not hold All Things Mini liable for any such damages.  Damage claims are to be taken up with the carrier directly.

8.  When making payment by personal check, please allow up to 10 business days for fund to clear your bank before work on your order is started.  Returned checks will incur a $30.00 fee.

9.  Any balance due upon completion of your dollhouse must be paid in full before item is shipped.
