This spacious and
well-designed Victorian style cottage doll home is a great little
starter kit for beginners, or even the advanced collector looking for a
simple, yet small project to do! With four rooms, a hallway and side
extensions this little gem of a doll home is sure to find a place in
your home, and heart. Included in this wonderful kit are all the
windows, the door, staircase, Victorian appliques and brackets, porch
railings, and shingles.
This kit is proudly
made in the USA from both 1/4" and 3/8" MDF for sturdy construction and
no fuss assembly.
A clapboard siding
upgrade kit can also be purchased if that is the finish you are
desiring.

Recommended Materials for
Assembly: Wood
glue, Tacky glue, masking tape, sand paper, carpenters square and a
good quality primer/sealer such as Zinnser.
