Ordering:
All Heritage Doll Home kits are cut and packaged when your order is received. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery for US residents. Should we encounter a delay beyond our control, you will be notified immediately.
Overseas customers must first contact us for a shipping quote before placing their order (delivery time will also be quoted). An electronic invoice will be generated and emailed. Payment must be sent via Paypal using credit card.
Order cancellations are accepted within the first 72 hours after placing your order by calling 804.769.8535. As we will have already started cutting your kit and have ordered your components, there will be a 15% surcharge for any order cancellations. Refunds are made within 24 hours of order cancellation.
Heritage Doll Home kits are ONLY available online here at All Things Mini and are not distributed wholesale to retail stores. If you would like a kit and are not comfortable using a credit card via our secure server, please send us an email at allthingsmini2004@yahoo.com for further details on how to obtain your kit!
Shipping:
Due to the custom nature of our kits, all Heritage Doll Home kits are shipped via UPS ground within 6-8 weeks of receipt of an order. Should you require faster delivery, please contact us at allthingsmini2004@yahoo.com or 804.769.8535 for details and rates.
Returns & Exchanges:
We will gladly accept full refund returns within 10 days of delivery of your kit. Please notify us via email at allthingsmini2004@yahoo.com or 804.769.8535 of your intent to return your kit and to let us know it's on it's way. Please include your Invoice # in your email. Box(es) must be unopened. Opened boxes returned to us will VOID your refund. Return shipping is at the customers expense; sorry, this is not refunded.

Please notify us via email at allthingsmini2004@yahoo.com or 804.769.8535 of your intent to exchange your kit and to let us know it's on it's way. Please include your Invoice # and what kit you are exchanging for in your email. Box(es) must be unopened. Opened boxes returned to us will VOID your exchange. Return shipping is at the customers expense; sorry, this is not refunded.
