All Things Mini Heritage Doll Homes proudly announces the release of our second doll home design called The SW Bungalow.  This wonderful 1:12 scale kit has been available for sale at our website for a number of months now, but only recently has the first prototype of this kit been completed.  Finishing of the prototype took months and we are very pleased with the end result.  The interior and exterior walls were covered with quick dry spackle to achieve that timeless adobe look.  The outdoor courtyard and rooftop terrace are tiled with handmade tiles made from Creative Paperclay and then painted a terra cotta color.  Personal touches were added to this kit by Marie Wendt, designer of the doll home line, like a pergola and a modified staircase with handmade riser tiles.

The first of its kind in 1:12 scale, the SW Bungalow is filled with loads of charm and warmth and promises to make a distinctive addition to any miniatures collection.  Features of this kit include six rooms, two-story foyer, sunken livingroom, arched doorways, outdoor courtyard and rooftop balcony.  The SW Bungalow was truly designed to be more of a doll "home" rather than a box with windows and doors.  The kit is made of 3/8" MDF and includes all doors, windows, staircase and railings (lighting, finishing accessories and materials as shown in photos not included in kit).  Easy to understand assembly directions make this kit ideal for any skill level!

The SW Bungalow was designed with versatility in mind.  There really is no limit to what you can achieve with this kit.  Do you envision, perhaps, a Tuscan Villa or maybe a castle ruin?  The sky is the limit with this one so let your imagination soar!
