Our pride and joy, this
one of a kind doll home kit is inspired by the beautiful Eastlake San
Francisco Row Homes! The Eastlake has many exclusive and unique
features such as 4 floors, 14 rooms, a rooftop terrace, realistic and spacious 2nd and
3rd floor hallways, a 2nd floor balcony that overlooks the foyer below
it, and access to both sides of the structure through hinged exterior
doors!
The Eastlake's grandeur boasts a 20" wide by 36" deep by 40" height!
Included in this kit is everything you could possibly need...doors,
windows, staircases and railings, decorative exterior trim work and
brackets, hinges, and even the glue!
The Eastlake is proudly made in the USA from 3/8" MDF for sturdy
construction. Woodworking and
dollhouse assembly experience is highly recommended for this
intermediate to advanced level doll home kit.

Features of the Eastlake Estate:
- Sturdy construction of
3/8" plywood
- Scale: 1:12, or 1" = 1 foot
- Dimensions:
- 14 rooms PLUS two "real" hallways
- Realistic floor plan with spacious
rooms
- 10" ceiling height on first floor,
9" ceiling height on subsequent floors with 8" ceiling in attic
- Large rooftop terrace
- Clapboard siding is included for the
front of the structure or you can upgrade to a 'complete' siding
package
- Included are all the windows, doors,
elegant curved staircase, straight staircases, railings, shingles,
and authentic Victorian decorative brackets
- Each kit is cut-to-order to prevent
warpage of pieces
Recommended Materials for
Assembly: Wood
glue, Tacky glue, masking tape, sand paper, carpenters square,
hammer, and a good quality primer/sealer such as Zinnser.
